Delivery Information
Domestic Australia Wide Orders
Items are shipped via Australia Post or another selected courier company that best services your area. Shipping costs are dependent on your location and will be calculated at checkout. Safe Drop is available for your deliveries via Australia Post. Depending on the courier, some orders require a signature on delivery. If your address is unattended, a delivery card may be left with instructions to reorganise to redeliver. Should this occur, please make the arrangements directly with the courier company, ensuring someone will be available to sign for delivery. Alternatively, we can instruct the courier to leave your order at your door. Please contact us or leave instructions with your order if you prefer this option or complete your request under the instructions tab. Please note that we are not responsible for orders once they are left unattended at your door. In the event that your order cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse and you may be charged for re-shipment of the order.
Delivery times
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days. We will notify you via email when your order ships and provide you with a tracking number.
For metro areas, orders are usually delivered within 3 business days. Outside metro areas and West Australian orders may take up to 14 business days to be delivered.
New Zealand Orders:
Orders are usually dispatched in 2 business days. We will notify via email of your tracking number when orders are shipped.
Delivery: Depending on Customs Clearance, orders should be delivered within 7-9 business days.
