Mikasa Living 24 Months Warranty Policy

Our warranty covers defects in material or workmanship for a period of 24 months from the day of purchase on your invoice or warranty card.

During the 24 months warranty period, Mikasa Living will replace any faulty parts at no cost to you.

What does this 24 months warranty not cover?

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Product that has been damaged by accident or negligent use.
  • Product used for something other than the intended purpose.
  • Any modification to the product.
  • Flooding, or other natural disasters.

Returns and Exchanges

If your product arrives damaged or broken, we will exchange it with a new product at no cost.

Please choose carefully as we cannot offer refunds if you change your mind or if the product does not fit. For this reason, we recommend you measure the intended space to ensure fit before placing your order.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To make a claim, please email  support@mikasaliving.com.au about your claim request and include your proof of purchase. We may require photo evidence depending on your claim.
